OUR STORY

Step back in time to Quinnbrook Farm, established in 1780 as a homestead sitting along the Quinnatisset Brook. In October of 2017 we stumbled upon this property quite by accident. It was love at first sight and the vision in our heart for a place of healing that started 30 years ago started to develop right before our eyes! The charming stone walls first drew us in and our joy was completed as we felt that we were truly in the eighteenth century with the grand post and beam barn and the house with a tavern! When the ground thawed we were even more excited to find an enchanted garden resplendent with color.

The walls speak in this house of love and laughter. From 1927-1947 our home was a popular restaurant called "The Russian Bear".  Life and joy rang into the night as people played bridge, drank in the tavern and danced under the stars to gypsy music. Today that same feeling of delight continues to ring through the property making it the perfect place to escape for a time and retreat.

Tom and Anne have combined their creative skills to make this place a delightful experience for all who enter. It is our wish that you make yourself at home and find respite and healing on our grounds.

You are welcome at Quinnbrook Farm regardless of your race, religion, sexual preference, gender identification, disability or challenges. We embrace all people with love.
