Quinnbrook Farm Retreats

 

Quinnbrook Farm retreat `costs consist of meals and lodging. Price includes use of outbuilding facilities and grounds for retreats. Please see price breakdown below.

Lodging is designed to fit any budget ranging from rustic "glamping" with to private rooms in the 18th century farmhouse. Quinnbrook limits guest occupancy to 15 due to town regulations.

​

2 nights/3 days $215 - $395 and up per person plus teacher add.

3 nights/4 days $350 - $580 and up per person plus teacher add.

​

Sponsoring teacher adds fee for program. ie: $200-$300 per person.

​

Retreats are booked with a minimum of 2 nights. Your retreat will have private access to Quinnbrook Farm on your booked weekend.

MEALS

 

There are many options for meals at a Quinnbrook Retreat. Costs below are based on 3 meals and 2 snacks catered locally and served here on the farm for your convenience.  A gas grill with burner and a small fridge are available if you would prefer to take care of your own meal arrangements. Stop and Shop is just around the corner and there are many restaurants and food stands to choose from if you'd prefer to go out for meals.

SAMPLE MEAL PLANS:

   Snacks $10 (includes water, seltzer, juice, coffee, tea, fruits and bars or trail mix, local ice cream at night if desired)

   Breakfast $20 (includes quiche, juice, pastries, granola, fruit, coffee, tea)

   Lunch $20 (sample: wraps, sandwiches, fruit, salad,  or soups, breads catered from Heirloom)

   Dinner $25 (sample: 3 course meals with salads, breads, vegetarian dishes, farm to table, lasagna, mexican, pasta,etc.)

   Special dietary requirements to be discussed ahead of time. ie: gluten free, vegan, vegetarian

*Connecticut Licensing prohibits our ability to serve alcohol, however you may bring your own wine or purchase from many of the local wineries in the area to drink with meals.

Lodging

WINTER LODGING:

​

Quinnbrook is a cozy winter escape with 2 fireplaces and 3 wood stoves! Winter provides a time for intimate sharing over a cup of tea, snuggled under a furry blanket. The thought of it chases away the winter blues!

​

Current winter capacity is 6 guest rooms in the farmhouse, including 2 full beds, 3 queen beds and 1 twin with a total sleeping capacity of 10 guests with 2 full shared bathrooms. 2 1/2 more bathrooms are in the works, stay tuned. Dining room/tavern with fireplace, large living room and coffee room are included in guest quarters. In addition, yoga studio with wood stove with room for 12 people is included in facilities.

SUMMER LODGING:

​

Summer is fun at Quinnbrook with the beautiful gardens and outdoor amenities including outdoor shower, 1200 square foot post and beam barn, fire pit, granite patio, outdoor tables with umbrellas and 2 outbuildings for sleeping.

​

Current summer capacity is 6 guest rooms in the farmhouse including 2 full beds, 3 queen beds and 1 twin with a total sleeping capacity of 10 guests with 2 full bathrooms. She shed with 2 twin beds and camp room with 1 full and 1 queen are available to serve 4 additional guests. Outdoor shower is available to all the guests in the summer as well as outhouse for "glampers" in outdoor buildings. Due to septic restrictions, guests using outdoor buildings will not have access to indoor plumbing, however outdoor facilities will be clean and more than adequate. Summer retreats have availability to an outdoor cooking station with gas grill, gas burner and table, fire pit, and flower gardens.

Available Amenities

We LOVE to have you host your own retreat meaning YOU the teacher plan your program and schedule geared to your own tribe, however we also provide "have it your way" retreats where you can select the experiences that you would like. To round out your retreat experience Quinnbrook provides the following services. Prices are listed per person per hour. Please note that you must make arrangements for these ahead of time and access to these activities is based on availability of the teachers.

TEACHER COSTS

Room and meals.

$500 reservation deposit due at time of booking. $500 due 1 week before event. Balance due at beginning of retreat. In the event that you have to cancel a $250 refund is given up to 30 days before event or money can be applied to future event.
